My name is Amelia Francis, but you can call me Mellie. I am a mom who enjoys baking. I got my love for baking from my grandmother, who would make the most delicious and moist cakes. This started my passion for baking.

As a personal rule, I always like to take something I bake for a host when I am invited and always baking something to wow for family and friends. I have been asked on several occasions to bake for parties, so I decided to share my love for baking with the world, hence the birth of Its Mellies Bundts.

In 2023, I started my home-based bakery. Due to my love for bundt styled cakes I formed It's Mellie's Bundts LLC. My main focus is Bunt Cakes, but I make decadent cup cakes, layer cakes as well as other bakes goods.

I handcraft from scratch all of my baked goods in small batches. I always lean towards using award winning and non GMO ingredients.
